You can report a repair in a number of ways. By telephone, fax, email, online, or by writing to us.

 

 

 

 

Wiltshire, Hampshire and Devon customers

Telephone: Call the repairs call centre on 0800 612 10 10.

Calls are free from landline phones but not from mobile phones. The call centre is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm on Fridays. If you have an emergency repair outside these hours your call will go through to our out-of-hours emergency service (Invicta)

We welcome calls using RNID Typetalk Service. If you have a textphone, please dial 18002 before our phone number.

Somerset customers
