Rent
The rent you pay covers the cost of the services we provide. Rent should be paid in advance, either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
If you're in credit, dependant upon your tenancy, you may qualify for free weeks each year. Please check your tenancy agreement or contact us for more information. If you owe us money, you must continue to pay us as normal.
It’s important that you pay on time as it means we can do more for you, like repair your home, fit a new bathroom or do kitchen and safety checks.
