We'll explain whether your item is something we're able to accept, as we need to make sure the things we sell are safe for our customers. This means we're not able to accept sofas without fire safety labels and have to be careful with items such as tables containing glass.
If we can accept your donation, we'll let you know when we're able to collect it. We’ll also be able to help you with information of other furniture projects which are near to you if you don’t live within the Test Valley area.
