We believe our customers deserve to have the best possible service and we work alongside customers to make sure this happens.

 

 

One of our challenges is to find the balance between cost, quality and satisfaction. If we get all three right, we'll have a great business, and by working together we can make it even better.

We do this by reviewing and evaluating the services we provide, suggesting and making changes, and tracking progress against our business improvement plans to make things better.

Value for money

We have a value for money and business improvement strategy which is supported by a series of business improvement plans.

We want to make sure we deliver the best possible service for the money and for them to be consistently good wherever a customer lives. For example, visiting a customer once to fix a repair instead of several visits, saving time and money spent on fuel.
